No Shooting past 2:00PM when the hall is rented. Available for OSC members and their guests only.
Range Rules & Safety Guidelines
Safety is the #1 concern. Unsafe gun handling results in removal from the club. Load weapon on your assigned shooting post only. Guns are loaded unless open. Walking from post to post with a loaded or closed gun prohibited. Load only one shell per shot, except for doubles. Close gun only on the line or in gun rack. When removing gun from gun rack, take only one step before opening. Remain on your assigned post until last person shoots. No excessive swing-through. Do not handle or point guns behind shooting line. No shooting from behind the shooting line. Unload weapon if trap house runs empty while shooting. No hand thrown or temporary machine thrown clays allowed. No shooting double targets if rifle shooters are down range. Shot size cannot exceed 7 1/2, and speed cannot exceed 1250 FPS. Alcohol not allowed on the Trap Line or parking lot.
