President’s Message

Hey All,

Summer is officially over. I hope everyone enjoyed time at our club with plenty of family and friends . Despite Summer ending there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy activities this year. Trap shoots are on Wednesday and Saturday and Rifle shoots on Thursday and Saturday. USPSA Action Pistol matches are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month and Cowboy Fast Draw are held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday each month. Archery is every Monday and will be moving indoors soon. Check the club calendar for all the activity updates and with the holidays coming , We'll have our charity match date posted soon.

Hey All,

The Paulette Graham-Wright Memorial Shoot on November 30 was a resounding success

with a record number of 93 participants. The event went extremely smoothly, even with a malfunctioning

target thrower which was quickly diagnosed and replaced with a spare machine in about 30 minutes by Kevin Daly

and Rod Cargill. Watching them work reminded me of a NASCAR pit stop; plenty of cussing and tool throwing, but they got

the job done in short order.

Award winners in the guest category were HOA Brian Alquist, Singles Kenny Plooy, Handicap Jose Guzman, Doubles Mike Gray,

Veteran Duke Lamb, Junior Andrew Smith and High Lady, Lannette Bettanini.

Award winners for members were HOA Josh Wemmer, Singles Ron Hammonds, Handicap Jeremy Johnson

and Doubles Wayne Morrill.

Congratulations to all winners and many thanks to everyone who helped out in making this event happen!!
